Fieldheads Coffee, roasted in Bigfork
The beans in your cup come from Fieldheads Coffee Roasting Co., a small-batch roaster in Bigfork, Montana, just 40 minutes from our shop. Same valley. Same people. They've been roasting since 1996, leaning on careful sourcing and small-batch roasts, and they keep things honest: clean flavor, careful roasts, no fuss. We pour their coffee because it tastes like what good coffee is supposed to taste like. Made by neighbors, for neighbors. That's the whole idea.

Charro's is run by Christian Cabrales and Alan Terry, two guys who met in the valley back in 2015 and have been working on things together since 2021. They're both pretty simple about it: a good cup of coffee and a friendly smile when you walk in the door go a long way.
They love Montana, and they're hoping to keep serving the Flathead Valley for years to come. They purchased the former coffee shop at 424 S Main in April of 2026 and reopened as Charro's in May of 2026 with a passion to provide exceptional coffee and the friendliest environment in town.
