Our People

Meet the Owners

Charro's is run by Christian Cabrales and Alan Terry, two guys who met in the valley back in 2015 and have been working on things together since 2021. They're both pretty simple about it: a good cup of coffee and a friendly smile when you walk in the door go a long way.

They love Montana, and they're hoping to keep serving the Flathead Valley for years to come. They purchased the former coffee shop at 424 S Main in April of 2026 and reopened as Charro's in May of 2026 with a passion to provide exceptional coffee and the friendliest environment in town.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where can I get coffee in downtown Kalispell?

Charro's Coffee House is on the corner of 424 S Main St in downtown Kalispell. We pour locally roasted Fieldheads coffee, house specials like the Charro's Mocha, and there are burritos and tacos from Mother Chorizo's parked out back. Open Tuesday through Sunday.

Is Charro's a good coffee stop on the way to Glacier National Park?

Yes. Charro's sits in downtown Kalispell, about a 40 minute drive from Glacier's West Glacier entrance on US-2, and roughly 10 minutes from Glacier Park International Airport. Grab a Charro's Mocha and a breakfast burrito before you head into the park.

Where can I find locally roasted coffee in Kalispell?

The beans at Charro's come from Fieldheads Coffee Roasting Co. in Bigfork, Montana, a small batch roaster that has been roasting since 1996, about 40 minutes from the shop. Made by neighbors, for neighbors.

Was Charro's recently rebranded?

Yes. The shop on the corner of 424 S Main is under new ownership and is now Charro's Coffee House. Same hands behind the counter, same regulars in the same chairs, same neighborhood shop with a new name on the door.

What is the Charro's Mocha?

The Charro's Mocha is our signature drink, a warm mocha that carries the heritage the shop is named for. A charro is a Mexican cowboy, and the name honors owner Christian Cabrales's roots.
