Charro's Coffee House ("Charro's," "we," "us") is a coffee shop at 424 S Main St, Kalispell, MT 59901. This page explains what we collect when you visit charroscoffeehouse.com, buy from us, or join our email or text lists, and what we do with it. Short version: we use it to run the shop and to stay in touch with you, and we never sell it.
What we collect
- What you give us: your name, email, mobile number, birthday (month and day), and favorite drink when you join our list.
- When you buy from us: our point of sale (Square) keeps a customer record with your purchase history, and the contact details you share at checkout.
- When you read our emails: whether an email was delivered, opened, or clicked, so we can send fewer emails people don't want.
- When you visit the site: we use Google Analytics to see how many people visit, how they found us, which pages they view, and which buttons they tap (like Order Ahead or Get Directions). It uses cookies and collects things like device, browser, approximate location, and pages viewed. We never send it your name, email, or phone number. Your browser may also store a small note so our signup popup doesn't keep reappearing.
How we use it
- To send the emails and texts you asked for, like new drinks, specials, and shop news.
- To send your birthday reward.
- To link your online signup to your in store customer record, so rewards follow you.
- To understand what's working and improve the shop.
Who we share it with
We don't sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with the companies that help us run the shop, and only so they can do that work for us:
- Square, our point of sale, customer records, and text messaging.
- Klaviyo, our email platform.
- Netlify, which hosts this website.
- Google, for website analytics. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt out browser add on or by blocking cookies in your browser.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt in data and consent are never shared with anyone other than the providers that send our messages.
If you join our email list, you'll get occasional emails from Charro's. Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom, and you can use it anytime.
SMS Terms
Program: Charro's Coffee House texts send specials, new drinks, events, and shop updates to people who opt in.
- How you opt in: by texting our keyword to our sign up number, or by agreeing at our register. You'll get a text asking you to confirm.
- Consent isn't required to buy anything. Joining is always optional.
- Frequency: message frequency varies, usually a few texts a month.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
- Stop anytime: reply STOP to any text to unsubscribe. You'll get one final text confirming you're out.
- Help: reply HELP for help, or contact us at hello@charroscoffeehouse.com or (406) 499-4508.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from email with the link in any email.
- Stop texts by replying STOP.
- Ask us to see, correct, or delete the information we have about you by emailing hello@charroscoffeehouse.com.
Kids
Our lists are meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Keeping it safe
We use reputable providers and limit who on our team can see customer information. No system is perfect, but we take care with what you trust us with.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
